Service User & Carer Involvement
We are committed to involving local people in decisions about services so that we can make them as responsive to their needs as possible.
The key to successful involvement is to show how services really have improved as a result of listening to our public. Over 4000 people responded to involvement initiatives in one year alone - a real partnership where service users, patients and carers work together with health and social care professionals to pool insights and expertise.
This shared work, to champion and improve involvement across health and social care, is spearheaded through the Involving People Team hosted by Herefordshire Primary Care Trust.
